It was as described, clean but a bit small for 3 persons. Parking was comfortable and safe. I will recommend for short stay while traveling

Very little information regarding the facilities. We were told, that there would be breakfast available, but there wasn't. Also very sporadic times for the reception. It says, that it is open from 10:30 until 18:30 but we rarely saw anyone. You would have to call someone and then check in over the phone. But a small walkingtour from the city and a supermarket nearby was great :) Also the pool made it worth it. I just wished that the communication would have been better.

Ho dovuto prenotare una stanza in questo "resort" per mia madre che doveva assistere mio padre in ospedale ed era la struttura più vicina raggiungibile a piedi. Ho prenotato con booking ma non mi fa recensire in quanto l'albergatore ha segnalato che non eravamo presenti in struttura. Visto che la degenza si è notevolmente prolungata abbiamo fatto più prenotazione e avuto stanze diverse nell'arco di un mese, compreso anche un appartamento. Dai bagni fatiscenti, alle macchie ovunque, mutande e calzini lasciati nei cassetti da altri clienti, frigo bar con muffa e sportelli che si smontavano, calcare nel nappo doccia, peli e capelli. Sul sito booking metteva anche colazione inclusa ma in realtà avevano solo uno sconto in un bar a 800 m dalla struttura. Mai più tornerò qui e spero che la mia recensione sia utile.

Ci siamo stati dal 10 fino all 11 praticamente ieri sera, primo impatto sembrava carino noi avevamo appartamento A 1 piano di nuovo non aveva niente,l’unica cosa che era buona il letto.bagno vecchio e sporco praticamente impossibile farsi la doccia se no ti prendevi qualche fungo,lampade appoggiate perché rotte e macchiate, divano sporco,muri sporchi. Fondo del water sporchissimo, forse è il caso che la proprietaria ogni tanto controlli gli appartamenti. In tutti i miei viaggi questo e stato uno dei peggiori, mi dispiace solo per l’amica che ha prenotato che è rimasta malissimo dopo aver visto. Sicuramente non lo consiglio

Theoretisch sehr ruhig - ausser man stört sich an den Sirenen der Ambulanzen, die ins nahegelegene Hospital brausen. Ins Stadtzentrum sind es ca. 20 Fuss-Minuten. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet. Im Zimmer Nummer Drei funktioniert allerdings die Dusche nicht richtig. Äusserst freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Es ist sehr ruhig. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist sehr gut, großes weiches Bett. Das Wasser im Pool hat die richtige Temperatur. Man kann hier gut parken, mit Auto und Motorrad. Die Leute sind nett.
Man sollte aber Sportschuhe anziehen, wenn man in die Stadt will, denn das dauert eine halbe Stunde oder ein bisschen mehr (wenn man, so wie ich, nicht mit dem Bus fahren will).

Un po’ fuori mano in una Lucca piovosa . Il personale è veramente molto gentile e disponibile . L’appartamento stile anni settanta e’ un po’ desueto ,con tante piccole pecche , ma per una nottata è più che accettabile .Un parcheggio nel cortile interno , è stato molto utile

Absolutt ikke fornøyd med oppholdet.
Innsjekk gikk greit, da vi kom på kvelden. Nøkkel var i boks utenfor.
Dagen etter gikk jeg for å lete etter resepsjonen, men fant ingen resepsjon eller skilting til en. Tok 7 dager før noen sa hei til oss...
Veldig ustabil WIFI, ikke mulig å bruke til å lese nettavis engang. Helt ubrukelig til streaming av filmer osv.
Var ikke noe restaurant eller bar som det står det skal være.
Minibar var defekt. Måtte sove med ørepropper fordi den bråket så mye.
Det var mugg/sopp i dusjen og dusjforhenget var ødelagt.
Renholdet var generelt dårlig, med mye støv på overflater og ting i kroker.
Fungerer kanskje for en natt, men absolutt ikke verdt prisen for flere netter.
